项目详情

此改造项目将原来南京市中心一栋综合体塔楼中的8层办公空间改成高端妇幼健康中心，功能除了妇科、儿科诊所，还配备为妈妈月子疗养和康复的月子房，提供专业的产后护理服务。空间宽敞的会员俱乐部楼层为会员和妈妈提供水疗、健身和沙龙服务。诊所医疗规划基于为患者提供最佳个人性护理的理念设计，使用木料和柔和的色彩为年轻妇女和儿童营造一个温馨舒适的环境。月子中心以现代中式的主题，提供周全的调理康复与时尚舒适的环境。
This adoptive reuse project transforms 8 floors of an existing mixed-use tower into a high end health center for women and children. The 14,000 sm health center situated in downtown Nanjing provides comprehensive OB/GYN and pediatric services to the patients. The center also provides postpartum maternity care services to the new mother’s first month recovery and rejuvenation. The spacious member club provides spa, fitness and salon services to the new mothers staying here. The medical planning is based on the idea of providing patients with best personal and intimate care. The design uses wood and pastel color to create an intimate environment for young women and children. The maternity center design style provides stylish comfortable environment with a hint of modern new Chinese motif.

一层的入口接待，设计以最少的干预，增加接待台、背景墙、金属装饰格栅和淡蓝地砖，将原狭窄的办公楼层大堂，转化为以柔宁静的迎宾接待大堂。
Adding only the reception desk, curved back wall, metal grille and the turquois floor tile, ground floor lobby uses minimum intervention to transform the original office lobby into a soft, warm welcome place.

会员俱乐部的接待与沙龙空间，做为月子中心接待与访客中心，设计以木料和柔和色彩表达温馨舒畅的母性气息，配以书香气息的沙龙空间，提供健康中心举办会员讲座的场所。
Member club’s reception and salon space are used for maternity center’s main reception and visitor area. The wood and pastel color palettes with soft curves express tenderness and warmth of motherhood. The salon space designed with bookstore in mind can be used for seminars and club member gathering space.

妇科门诊接待与等候空间以柔美曲线在地板、墙壁和天花上流动，整体设计暗示了女性纤细敏感的喜悦和韧性。
The gynecology reception and waiting area uses curve lines throughout the floor, wall and ceiling giving a hint of feminine sensitivities and joy.

妇科诊室提供舒适亲切的诊疗空间，检查空间的灯光与颜色让妇女患者舒适放松，体验一种亲切温敞的诊疗过程。
The gynecology examination room provides comfortable and soothing clinical space for the patient with the doctor.

儿科门诊接待与等候空间以自然树林和米奇涂鸦空间暗示儿童想象的世界，不同的座椅的安排让父母可依心情与需要选择。
The pediatric reception and waiting area uses abstract woods and Micky Mouse white board to hint a children’s world here. The different seating arrangement allows parents find their own comfortable place.

Pediatric examination room provides a cartoonish yet clean atmosphere satisfying the different concerns of the child, parents and doctor.

角间的月子房如同舒敞的家，简单温馨的色调辅以中国风的装饰，提供妈妈舒适的月子体验。
The corner postpartum maternity room uses simple wood tone with Chinese screen decoration providing a comfortable home like experience for the new mother.

VIP月子房的客厅提供舒适轻松的生活空间，屏风式的背景墙和简单素朴家具衬托女性优雅喜悦的月子体验。

月子楼层里的婴儿游泳按摩间及婴儿室空间以儿童室的装饰让父母、爷爷奶奶享受观察出生宝宝的喜悦。
The baby swimming and nursery area decorated like home nursey setting provides a warm and joyous atmosphere for parents and grandparents watching the newborn baby.
