「地建师」狭义的地建师，特指具有专业的建筑学、设计学等设计类学科背景，并投身于地产城市发展行业的建筑师群体。广义的地建师，是指致敬：心中有理想，脚下有大地的建筑师。地建师英文名：DJSER （ Design management Job forSustainability, Economy, Rationality）。

地建师创办于2014年，旨在通过整合行业产业链上下游优质资源，推动行业创新发展，提升行业标准，引领价值取向，促进社会可持续发展。地建师主要任务：促进行业交流、项目评奖、组织专题培训、组织高品质的会议与展览。地建师旗下高口碑活动：CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国、地建师大会、地建师设计节、共享荟、曈学荟、优品大赏等。

地建师主要服务对象：地产商/开发商、规划设计机构、建筑设计机构、景观设计机构、室内设计机构、照明设计机构、优质科技/材料服务机构（优品企业）。地建师主要服务内容：项目宣传（微信/官网等投放）、人物专访、活动策划等。
