蒋毅先生毕业于德国斯图加特大学，在20多年的职业建筑师生涯中，蒋毅先生在德国及中国积累了深厚的建筑设计经验，善于把先进的设计理念与中国本土国情及文脉相结合，注重实现项目的高落地性。此外，他也受邀担任包豪斯全球设计大赛（官方）评委，以及德国包豪斯大学城市更新与既有建筑改造硕士研究生特聘导师与多个高校客座讲师；致力于推动中国城市绿色智能、面向未来的可持续发展。

JiangYi was awarded the degree of Master of Architecture with distinction of theUniversity of Stuttgart, Germany. With more than 20 years of extensive andprofessional experience in both Germany and China, he has led and worked onnumerous important large-scale urban designs, architectural as well as interiordesign projects. He is good at managing the project from conceptual design tillthe delivery, integrating the latest design concepts with local society andcultural context. Besides, he is the judge of Bauhaus Global Design Competition and the guest tutor forurban renewal and renovation department of Bauhaus University, Germany, andguest lecturer at several universities. He is dedicated in promoting the green,intelligent, and future-oriented sustainable development in China.

城市再生宣言

城市再生是城市化深化的必然结果，在有限的城市土地供应条件下，城市再生可以为城市核心区带来具有创新的活力，同时也可以盘活城市非核心区，使其成为吸引人群前来聚集的全新目的地。查普门泰勒的城市更新设计方案充分考虑建筑环境和社区的规模及需求，致力于结合当地文化修复和改善城市肌理，创造可持续发展的城市环境。

Urban regeneration is an inevitable result of theurbanization. Under the condition of limited land supply, urban regenerationcan bring innovative vitality to urban core areas, and at the same time, revivesuburb areas and create a brand-new attractive destination. Chapman Taylor'surban renewal design fully considers the scale and demand of the builtenvironment and community, and is committed to restoring and improving theurban texture in combination with local culture to create a sustainable urban environment.

城市再生项目代表

英国BBC媒体城是英国近几十年来最重要的媒体发展项目，是BBC, ITV, 索尔德福大学媒体系，BBC爱乐乐团以及200多家创意、数字和科技相关的中小企业的总部基地。该项目已建成的一期工程包括了380套公寓，一家配有200间客房的酒店，高档办公楼，服务于该项目的冷热电三联供应中心，零售和餐饮网点，和一个多层停车场。项目四面环水，它不仅改造了索尔福德马头的景观及天际线，还是世界上第一个获得BREEAM认证的可持续发展社区。此项目的二期工程包括1,800套私人出售和出租的城市公寓及联排别墅，55,000平方米的额外办公，零售和休闲区域以及一系列新的公共空间。

Home to the BBC, ITV and more than 200 SMEs providing creative,digital and tech business support across the media hub, MediaCity is one of theworld’s biggest media brands. Located at Salford Quays on Manchester’s historicship canal, MediaCity is the most significant media development in the UK indecades, transforming Salford’s landscape and skyline. Sited above the BBCbuildings are two residential towers housing 380 high quality residential unitsin the heart of the development, providing a range of accommodation includingstudios, one and two bed apartments and three bedroom duplex penthouses. Otherfacilities include a television studio complex, a 200-key hotel, speculativeoffice buildings, a site-wide tri-generation energy centre, retail and cateringfacilities and a multi-storey car park. The development is set within ahigh-quality public realm and landscape incorporating an events' piazza andmedia park. Winner of Regeneration Project of the Year at the MIPIM UK Awards2015, it’s also the first development in the world to acquire BREEAMSustainable Community status, incorporating world-leading sustainable designinnovation across the estate. Having successfully delivered the first phase ofMediaCity, Chapman Taylor is continuing to work with Peel Media and L&G Capitalon the Phase 2 masterplan and building designs, which include a further 1,800residential units, 55,000 sqm of workplace and will see MediaCity continue todevelop into a sustainable community for the future.

第一百货商业中心改造项目既是经典重现，又是打造一个跨世代的商业购物体验中心地标以及跨越百年的城市中心。设计从城市更新和发展的多个角度考虑，在力求将其打造成为更加舒适的休闲购物环境的同时，也特别关注建筑历史的完整性、维护以及人文情怀再现。在重构第一百货形象的过程中，甄别建筑独特的主要设计元素至关重要。原市百一店项目室内柱子和天花辨识度较高，室内柱网结构坚固，古典装饰吊顶风格独特，柱头样式引人注目；设计选择重现这些经典设计元素，致敬百货大楼的历史。改造完成后的该项目正在由传统零售向体验消费的新零售业态转变，未来该项目将成为感受上海、了解中国、眺望世界的城市新商业地标。

The old No.1 Department Store building is being reconfigured torevive the original interior and allow for unimpeded views of the cofferedceiling and reinstated column capitals – themselves updated with a moderntwist, adding Art Deco decoration and ceiling lighting to emphasize theseimportant central features. The mix of tenants on each level has been carefullyselected to set the correct tone for the target market. The design of theproject pays special attention to the integrity and maintenance of the historyand the reappearance of the building. In the process of reconstructing theimage of the first department store, the Art Deco-themed Grand Theatre isdesigned to consist of high-end outlets with traditional mall-type shopfronts,open fronts and a large promotional space. With the completion of therenovation, the project creates a new retail format of experiencingconsumption. It also creates a new commercial landmark of the city.
