城市再生项目代表

大华1935

西安

大华1935是西安近现代民族工业的鼻祖，这座经营了80多年的纱厂岿然矗立在西安历史悠久的大明宫遗址旁。伍兹贝格设计团队为这片老厂房建筑群进行商业改造提升，将“新”与“旧”结合，以独特的“建筑设计+ 室内设计+ 品牌策划”一体化服务焕醒大华1935 的商业新生，通过丰富且活跃的商业活动拉近现代人与历史的距离，续写历史建筑的新篇章。

设计团队着力于挖掘项目本身的历史文化价值，加深项目与周边社区及整个城市的联系，激发项目潜力。改造项目的难点不仅在于设计要符合新的功能需要，更在于如何判断需要改造的区域，如何决定改造的程度，如何布局新的功能。设计团队综合了文物保护规范、改造后业态、城市形象塑造等多方面的要求，最终确定了建筑和室内的改造策略。

Woods Bagot is leading thearchitectural design, interior design and branding for Fosun Group’s renovationof Dahua 1935 – an 82-year-old former textile mill in a historic part of Xi’ancity centre just next to Daming Palace, the Tang Dynasty’s imperial home, whichis today a major tourist attraction.

The design team focused on exploring thehistorical and cultural value of the project itself, deepening the connectionbetween the project and the surrounding community and the city as a whole, andunlocking the potential of the project. The challenge of the renovation projectwas not only to meet the needs of the new functions, but also to determine theareas to be renovated, the extent of the renovation and the layout of the newfunctions. The design team integrated the requirements of heritage conservationcodes, commercial activities and urban rejuvenation to finalize the renovationstrategy.
