张岳先生拥有同济大学建筑工程学士学位和德国鲁尔大学建筑工程硕士学位。2006年加入AS+P。2018年成为AS+P首位中国籍合伙人，兼任中国区总经理。张岳先生传承公司创始人Albert Speer教授秉持的“生态，公平，经济”的可持续城市规划理论，以“Think Global, Act Local”为方针倡导AS+P设计师具备多维度的社会责任感和使命感，精准定义客户诉求，应对来自于时代日益复杂和多变的挑战，全方位为客户提供多身定制的解决方案，为每一个项目创造更具韧性的精神价值。

城市再生项目代表

杨浦滨江南段是上海一江一河的重要区段，是上海2035总规确定的中央活动区的组成部分，肩负着上海最高标准滨江开发的使命。整体城市设计范围分布在杨浦大桥东西两侧，总面积约6平方公里，建设用地4.8平方公里。基地内历史遗存丰富，滨江带有33万方的工业厂房遗存，厂房尺度、结构、样式均多样；杨树浦路以北地区里弄住宅集中成片，种类丰富，主要为石库门、广式里弄和工房。该地区城市更新的首要使命便是延续城市历史文脉。然而，各方对城市开发的利益诉求，尤其是轨道交通的规划带来的巨大潜力，都意味着基地内高强度的开发量。城市设计方案在开始阶段就已确立了高区集中，低区连片的空间目标，在深化过程中，我们试验性的运用德国R-Plan的设计方法，在空间形态结构、街块类型、主要通廊和主要公共空间类型等方面提出相应的设计准则。

The south section of Yangpu Riverfrontis an important section of one river and one river in Shanghai. It is anintegral part of the central activity area determined in Shanghai 2035 GeneralPlan and shoulders the mission of the highest standard of riverside developmentin Shanghai. The overall urban design scope is distributed on the east and westsides of Yangpu Bridge, with a total area of about 6 square kilometers andconstruction land of 4.8 square kilometers. The base is rich in historicalrelics. There are 330000 square meters of industrial plant relics along theriverside. The scale, structure and style of the plant are diverse; In the areanorth of Yangshupu Road, the residential buildings in the alleys areconcentrated in a large area, with a rich variety, mainly including Shi Ku Men,Guangzhou style alleys and workshops. The primary mission of urban renewal inthis area is to continue the historical context of the city. However, allparties' interest demands for urban development, especially the huge potentialbrought by the rail transit planning, mean the high-intensity development inthe base. At the beginning of the urban design scheme, the spatial goal of higharea concentration and low area integration has been established. In theprocess of deepening, we tentatively applied the design method of German R-Planto propose corresponding design criteria in terms of spatial form andstructure, street block type, main corridors and main public space types.
