长期专注于为国内一线大型地产开发商提供定制化、系统化、专业化的设计解决方案，精准把握建筑设计与城市发展、人的行为心理需求的契合度，在城市设计、住宅社区营造、商业综合体等领域积累了丰富的实践经验，不断追求商业化设计思维导向下的建筑与人的持续发展和价值共赢。

李迅涛同为基准方中BIM技术与信息化建设领军人物。致力于用数字化和信息化改善传统设计平台，不断提升BIM设计、信息化技术研究等方面，通过管理提升数字化、BIM设计水准；最早在国内组建BIM设计团队，倡导“全过程、全专业、精细化、参数化”的BIM理念，并在Archicad应用领域处于国内领先水平，带领团队多次斩获国内BIM大奖；同时他也持续关注IT技术与传统建筑设计生产方式的深度融合，并于2015年 创建建筑信息技术研究中心（BIT），通过信息化技术手段，实现设计质量、效率与客户满意的改善与提升。

JZFZ has long been committed to providing customized, systematic and professional design solutions for domestic first-class large real estate developers. Such a high complementarity in architectural design and urban development and people's behavioral and psychological needs allows JZFZ to accumulate rich practical experience in urban design, residential community construction, commercial complexes and other fields. In the process of designing, JZFZ constantly pursues sustainable development and win-win value between architecture and people under the guidance of commercial design thinking.

Li Xuntao is a pioneer in BIM technology and information construction of JZFZ. He has been devoted to improving traditional design platforms with digitalization and informatization, so as to strengthen BIM design and information technology research and improve the level of digitalization and BIM design through management. Advocating the BIM concept of "a whole process, full specialization, refinement and parameterization", he was the first to set up a BIM design team in China that took the lead in the field of Archicad applications and won the domestic BIM award many times. At the same time, he also continued to promote the deep integration of IT and traditional architectural design and production methods. In 2015, he founded the Building Information Technology Research Center (BIT) to improve and strengthen design quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction by the means of information technology.

城市再生宣言

“新”与“旧”的文化融合创新成为设计的出发点：让传统文化脉络得到传承，唤起城市记忆，挖掘符合城市及周边人口消费习惯和需求，起到优化城市人口结构、更新城市消费升级，再生城市活力。

城市再生项目代表

猛追湾城市更新项目是EPC+O开发模式下的城市更新3.0版本，拒绝大拆大建和千篇一律，通过空间梳理、形象提升、街道一体化设计和业态的升级，激发城市活力，赋能原生产业。设计师需要扮演协调者的角色，促进政府、开发商、业主企业、居民个体四方参与，“共商、共建、共治、共享”。

“人进车退”：调整小区车行出入口方向，滨河路改为步行，打通原本封闭的界面，增加街道与滨河的互动，营造充满生气的连通空间。

    “一店一策”：根据现状和业态定制不同的改造方案，创造柔软的建筑边界，使消费行为与公共活动在街道场景中相互交融。

“记忆符号”：回溯基地历史的风貌，选取红砖、铸铁等特征性的符号，以现代化的设计手法融入于立面改造中，使得街道形象能唤起在地居民的温暖回忆。

通过一系列街坊、码头、沿街、滨河公共空间的设计重塑，让社区生活与绿叶、氧气、河水更加深刻地融合；让原本单一的川剧、茶坊一条街变成了时尚活力与传统城市客厅的共享剧，在经济价值与社会价值方面均获得了较大的提升。
