FCHA 坊城设计

创意总监

陈泽涛在2006参与创建了坊城设计FCHA任创意总监一职，负责监督公司每一个项目从最原初概念到执行落地的一致品质。2008-2010年到荷兰贝尔拉格城市与建筑学院深造并取得硕士学位，从2013年开始担任深圳建筑设计审查专家库成员。陈泽涛的设计观坚持本质思考，直面每一块场地以及每一个设计最核心的问题，坚持从研究到设计，从策略，规划，建筑，景观，室内一体化的设计方法。他本人多次受邀参与深港双年展的设计课题研究,包括一百万保障房，城间城，价值工厂等。他所主创的多个设计作品在国际竞赛中获奖，并被C3,住区，时代建筑，DEZEEN，ARCHDAILY，谷德，有方等国内外多家专业建筑媒体报道出版。

Chen Zetao participated in the fouding of FCHA as Creative Director in 2006, responsible for supervising the consistent quality of each project from the original concept to implementation. From 2008 to 2010, he went to Bellager School of City and Architecture in the Netherlands for further study and obtained a master's degree. Since 2013, he has served as a member of Shenzhen Architectural Design Review Expert Pool. Chen Zetao's design concept adheres to the essence of thinking, faces every site and the core problem of every design, and adheres to the design method of integration from research to design, from strategy, planning, architecture, landscape and interior. He himself has been invited to participate in the design project research of Shenzhen Hong Kong Biennale for many times, including one million affordable housing, intercity, value factory, etc. Many of his major design works won awards in international competitions and were reported and published by C3, Residential District, Times Architecture, DEZEEN, ARCHDAILY, Goude, Youfang and other professional architectural media at home and abroad. 

城市再生宣言

城市化进程步入存量更新的阶段后，大量的开发项目开始面对新旧建筑如何共存共生的问题。我们始终对都市遗迹有更宽泛的理解，纵使仅有几十年历史的当代建筑也有将其历史延续的可能。在实践中我们尝试通过对旧建筑的历史故事、功能逻辑和结构体系的分析，在新旧建筑之间寻求一个相互融合。

城市再生项目代表

广东浮法玻璃厂具有辉煌的历史，作为深圳乃至全国最早的一个玻璃生产工厂，具有极高的历史价值，随着时代的变迁，位于城市边缘的工厂跟不上工艺的更 新而惨遭淘汰。2013双年展的介入有机会让这栋废弃的厂房变成价值工厂“value factory”，让原先处于背景的工厂重新焕发价值进入人们的视野是策展人ole bouman的理念。

在第一次考察完现场后，我们被那种神秘，雄伟的工业遗迹所震撼，这种朴素的工业建筑体系原本具有的工艺美学，空间尺度及序列都非常独特，我们决心要将这种独特而神秘的体验加强，将这种空间最本真原始的体验呈现给参观人群。

设计策略以“最少的触碰”为指引，对厂房进行最少的改造，概念上我们将原先在这个厂房内生产玻璃的工艺流程疏理转换为观众的参观流线，将原先玻璃在熔窑内燃烧然后冷却，最终切割成成品的这个过程转换成为以“火”为概念 的宣言大厅，以“水”为灵魂的展览大厅，以“人”为核心的合作伙伴区。

Background

Guangdong float glass factory has a glorious history. As the earliest glass production plant in Shenzhen and in the country, it has a very high historical value. With the change of the times, the factories on the edge of the city can not keep up with the renovation of the process. The 2013 Biennale intervention has the opportunity to turn this abandoned factory into a "value factory", allowing the original background factory to regenerate value into people's vision is the idea of the curator OLE bouman.

Design Strategy

The design strategy, guided by "minimum touch", makes the least transformation of the plant. In concept, we convert the process flow of glass production in this workshop into an audience's visiting streamline, burning the original glass in the furnace and cooling it, and eventually turning the process into a "fire". For the declaration Hall of the concept, the exhibition hall with "water" as the soul and the partner zone with "human" as the core.
