「地建师」狭义的地建师，特指具有专业的建筑学、设计学等设计类学科背景，并投身于地产城市发展行业的建筑师群体。广义的地建师，是指致敬：心中有理想，脚下有大地的建筑师。地建师英文名：DJSER （ Design management JobforSustainability, Economy, Rationality）。
地建师成立于2014年，在中国大陆地区地产界和设计界享有非常高的行业盛誉。地建师自媒体微信平台拥有粉丝数近14万。地建师旗下高口碑活动：CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国、地建师大会、地建师设计节、共享荟、曈学荟、优品大赏等。
地建师主要任务：促进行业交流、项目评奖、组织专题培训、组织高品质的会议与展览。旨在通过整合行业产业链上下游优质资源，推动行业创新发展，提升行业标准，引领价值取向，促进社会可持续发展。

CREDesign Salon aims to organize 30-persom high-end thematic sharing and project inspections for the current hot spots of real estate architects. The target participants are developers, architects and designers.
