项目详情


杭州智慧交通馆位于浙江省杭州市萧山区经济技术开发区,是国内首个以智慧交通为主题的科技展馆,同时也是杭州萧山区构建以智慧交通产业博览会、智慧交通馆、智慧交通科技园、未来交通小镇为主体的“一会一馆一园一镇”智慧交通产业发展体系的重要组成部分。杭州智慧交通馆拥有得天独厚的区位优势,地块靠近杭州萧山机场,南临高架、东侧临水;交通便利并景观优势明显,场所感强。
Hangzhou Smart Transportation Exhibition Centre is located in the Economic and Technological Development Zone of Xiaoshan District in Hangzhou.  It is the first national smart transportation themed exhibition centre in China; the project is an important part of the smart transportation industry.  Its proximity to Xiaoshan Airport and highways makes it uniquely accessible.

设计理念


杭州智慧交通馆从 “智慧” 这一理念出发,意图营造一种多方向、具有动感的建筑形态。在深入研究了地块周边的城市肌理后,设计将原有的路网及水系延伸进地块内形成网络,并用十字景观轴线与之相呼应,划分出不同功能区域的建筑群体。同时,在着重考虑了视线与景观因素后,整个地块的建筑关系以交通馆为中心来排布——越靠近交通馆和十字景观轴的建筑高度越低、越靠近地块外部的建筑越高;从城市尺度上看,所有建筑都是围绕着智慧交通馆伫立,形成了完整的建筑空间和富有韵律的天际线。
The design started with the core theme of "smart", its intention is to create a multi-dimensional and dynamic architectural form.  Surrounding urban texture of roads and waterways have been integrated to form a network in the site, combining with geometric axis to divide the site into different functional zones.  The architectural relationship is centred on the Exhibition Centre, forming a rhythmic skyline.



杭州智慧交通馆的设计突破了传统的“以不同功能进行拆分,按照游览顺序进行设计”的手法,将三个具有动感的锥形体量交融共生,将全部功能统一完整的布局到建筑中,展示与体验并重。当多种展览内容和类型集中在同一建筑中时,观展流线便愈发重要。设计通过对智慧交通理念的深刻剖析,结合了圆体形态、采取螺旋型的功能布局:在每层参观结束后自然的过渡到下一层,提供一个更加完整、全面、流畅的阐述智慧交通的观展体验。

The design of Hangzhou Smart Transportation Exhibition Centre breaks conventional exhibition design by combining three cone-volumes, this layout allows visitors to obtain a more cross-disciplinary experience.  The design utilises spiral circulation: creating a seamless transition between each level; providing a more complete, comprehensive, and smooth viewing experience.



社会进步与科技发展让新的交通模式应运而生,城市将对智慧交通进行信息管理,将信息作为媒介反馈给交通的各个方面,核心是服务市民。建筑作为内容的载体,希望参访者忽略建筑本身,获得对智慧交通更深层次的理解。

New technology has given rise to new transportation modes, the urban environment manages traffic information as a medium to feed on all aspects of transportation. The architecture here merely houses the exhibition, the intent is for visitors to gain a thorough understanding of smart transportation.



建筑形体和立面


智慧交通馆的外立面呼应了智慧交通这一主题,采用了横向分隔,疏密与节奏都与内部功能紧密结合:在观展区与办公区的密集隔栅给访客更好的观展感受并确保办公隐私;在公共空间的疏散格栅能营造开放的氛围同时迎接室外景观;在入口处的隔栅则完全打开——通透开放的立面以欢迎的姿态面向城市;立面设计在创建了多样性的同时也巩固了功能的分区。

The facade also echoes the theme of "smart transportation", it adopts a dynamic horizontal louvre system, rhythmically partitioned in accordance with the internal functions.  The facade design enhances the building while creating diversity, exhibiting a light and airy posture.





交通馆内部功能布局遵循同层交汇、多层串联的布展模式:
首层运用前沿技术以过去、现在、和未来展示智慧交通的时间轴。
二层技术展区采用沉浸式体验给参访者身临其境的感受,并设有洽谈推广等功能。
三层主要设为创客工作室,用于孵化科研,参访者可浏览并参与创客讨论。
四层为会议接待中心,供创客发布新品,参访者可于此感受专业会场氛围,提高参与感。
The exhibition content ranges from time-axis to immersive experiential zone, to incubation labs; these functions intersect each other on the same level and integrates each other across different levels, the simple facade of the exhibition centre is a dramatic contrast to its rich interior content.


交通馆的屋顶作为展览流线的一部分,也一并呼应了生态的议题。在屋顶均布有环状绿化及环状太阳能板。环状设计呼应了建筑形式,隐喻现代交通的流动性;环间的交叉也象征了信息的交流融合,扣题智慧交通的设计议题,达到形式与内容的完美结合。智慧交通馆简洁的立面形式与丰富的内部功能形成鲜明的对比,打造宜人的观赏体验。

The roof of the exhibition center also forms part of the exhibition route; ring-shaped planting and solar panels again echoes the building facade, resembling the metaphor of mobility, achieving the perfect combination of form and function.



景观与城市空间


建筑与城市空间的和谐交融,一直是盖博建筑设计非常关注的。项目将整个地块统一布局。建筑扩大了顶部将更多的室外共享空间留给城市、留给人们。交通馆的周边排布的一系列城市空间,如滨水商业街,水上展台,城市广场等也更加丰富了城市界面。提升城市空间品质。交通馆位于十字景观交叉的节点,设计将城市景观绿带引入地块中,并运用十字轴线与城市设计相结合。景观轴线的几何肌理为地块提供了良好的观景视野、营造富有层次感的生态系统,既体现了园区特色建筑的标识性,又轻盈自然的融合了绿景与水。

The integration of architecture and urban space has always been the focus of Gerber Architekten's work. The building's enlarged top creates more outdoor and shared spaces for the city, also establishing the building as an icon.  A series of landscape spaces have also been designed around the site to improve the urban space.

水是这个项目的一个重要元素,交通馆四周都设计了滨水景观。入夜后的建筑闪动着智能灯带舞出极具速度感的画面;水上展台这一创新景观也呼应无边界的智慧交通主题。景观轴线两侧的小型商业在给滨水景观带来商机的同时也吸引了人气,增强并巩固了景观轴线的功能。地块中的城市广场是城市与园区的过渡,同时也是园区景观的重点。城市广场采用与景观轴线同样的肌理设计,生态绿化铺地与水面相得益彰。广场结合绿化种植设置观景节点,聚集人气。这里可以举办展览等公共活动,赋予城市广场更多的内涵。地块不同组团内的共享绿地实现了项目中景观的均好性,并优化了整体景观结构。半围合的绿色空间既具有视觉通透感,也营造了完整的景观氛围,绿地的铺装与植被也均为透水设计,实现生态、自然、和谐的整体景观。
Water is an important element in this project, features such as waterfront retail, and floating exhibition are all distinctive features. The Urban Square acts as a transitional zone between the city and the site, it is also a key area for public events, enriching the urban interface. Various shared green pockets around the site unifies the overall landscape quality, the paving and vegetation are also permeable to achieve an ecological quality.




杭州智慧交通馆将助力萧山科技城成为全球创新中心、魅力门户、智慧品质城区的新名片,并将真正成为展现智慧交通的新地标,新窗口。
At nightfall, dynamic lighting on the facade perfectly interprets the design concept of the project. Hangzhou Smart Transportation Exhibition Centre is truly a symbol for smart transportation, it will be the new name-card, and new landmark of Hangzhou.
