Accredited architect in Germany (AKNW) and UK(RIBA). Managing Director of Gerber Architekten International, Executive Director of Gerber Architekten Shanghai.

马睿思先生兼任德意志经济东方委员会（Ost-Ausschuss der Deutschen Wirtschaft）和德国医疗联合会（German Health Alliance）成员公司代表，并为中国天津美术学院提供客座演讲。

Active member of the voice of German Industry (Ost-Ausschuss der Deutschen Wirtschaft). Active member of German Health Alliance. Guest lecturer at Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts, China.

马睿思先生从事建筑行业超过二十年，并拥有超过十年参与中国项目的经验。其主导设计的多个项目获得国内（德国或中国）和国际奖项，包括但不限于：BDA德国联邦优秀建筑奖；Fritz-Hoeger Award；LEED 绿色建筑金认证；Polis Award；MEED-Quality Award；MIPIM Award 等。

Marius Ryrko has experience in the architectural industry for over twenty years and among which ten years working on projects in China. He has led the design of many projects that have received national (German or Chinese) and international awards, including but not limited to: BDA Award; Fritz-Hoeger Award; LEED Gold; Polis Award; MEED-Quality Award; MIPIM Award, etc.

马睿思先生领导着多元的城市建筑项目，其良好的整体设计思路、低碳和循环经济的设计原则，在盖博建筑的项目实践中发挥了重要作用。作为德意志经济东方委员会和德国医疗联合会的积极成员，马睿思先生始终致力于推动中德双边合作与贸易，并且在文化教育和医疗康养领域拥有丰富的项目经验。

Marius leads a diverse portfolio of urban and architectural projects and has been instrumental in the practice's development in China. With a strong emphasis on good design, an integral design approach and low carbon & circular economy design principles, he is shaping the direction of the practice. With his role as an active member of the OA, the voice of German Industry for the East and the German Health Alliance, and the German Health Alliance, he has always been committed to promoting Sino-German bilateral cooperation.
