Preface

“

中国房地产开发是和中国城市化的进程以及美丽乡村的建设分不开的。只要我们有这个趋势，就还是有需求、还是有市场、还是有前景。特别是按照人民城市人民建、人民城市为人民。所以，为人民建就是我们开发的一个指导，这样我觉得我们的房地产会继续有美好的前景。尽管，现在面临着一定的困难，甚至于还有挑战、还有曲折。但是，这是暂时的，特别是在防疫时期，我想未来还是美好的。

China's real estate development is inseparable from the urbanization process and the construction of beautiful countryside. As long as we have this trend, there will still exist demand, market, and prospects. In particular, the cities are built by the people and are for the people. So, building for the people is a guide for our development, and I think the real estate industry in China will continue to have great prospects. Although, we now face difficulties, even challenges and complications. However, the difficulties are temporary, especially during the epidemic period, I think the future is still bright.

所以，我们「CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国」已经成功举办了8届，还会继续下去，它有它的生命力，它对中国的房地产的开发，城市现代化的进程还是有推动作用的。它的影响力，它的潜力一直是很大的，所以我对这个奖项充满信心。特别是本届，我们有这么多国内外建筑师的参与，中国国企、央企、民企、外资房地产公司设计总的加入，大家来支持并且参与到这样的一个竞赛。

CREDAWARD has been successfully held for 8 years and will continue. The award has its vitality, and will still promote the development of China's real estate and the process of urban modernization. The influence and the potential are great, so I have full confidence in CREDAWARD. Especially in this year, so many global architects, Chinese state-owned enterprises, central enterprises, private enterprises, foreign real estate companies support and participate in the competition.

我们8年坚持下来，今年是一个高峰期。尤其，在这个形势之下，还能做到这么多公司拿出这么多近几年来建设的成果参与，我觉得很自豪。希望我们这个奖继续下去，而且一定会做得更好，因为我们行业以及跨界等伙伴的支持，让它更具有影响力。

I think this is because of the 8-year perseverance, and this year is a peak. I am proud that there are still hundreds of companies participating with their works under this situation. I hope that CREDAWARD will continue, and will definitely be better and more influential because of the support of our industry and cross-border partners.

金银奖逐鹿现场

2022年8月5日至6日，第八届「CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国」金银奖逐鹿演讲在线上顺利举行。549份入围作品多元化呈现：除居住项目/示范区，更多城市再生/旧改、城市基础设施、博物馆/图书馆/体育场馆等社会公共类项目参与，综合商办类项目依然是主旋律：TOD/综合体/办公写字楼/企业总部/产业园/购物中心/商业/酒店等。参与项目设计类型：规划、建筑设计、景观设计、室内设计、照明设计。

8TH CREDAWARD Gold and Silver Award Online Competition Presentation has been successfully held on August 5th to 6th, 2022. 549 shortlisted works are in a diverse category: in addition to residential project/demonstration area, more social public projects such as urban regeneration/renovation, urban infrastructure, museums/libraries/sports venues have participated in the award. Comprehensive commercial projects are still actively involved including TOD/mixed-use/office building/headquarter/industrial park/shopping center/commercial/hotel, etc. Design Categories of participating projects includes planning design, architectural design, landscape design, interior design, and lighting design.

近400位来自中国大陆、中国香港、中国台湾、美国、英国、德国、意大利、新加坡、日本、泰国等国家和地区的演讲嘉宾，经过2天紧张有序演讲，角逐年度金银奖。

Nearly 400 speakers from Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, China, America, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Singapore, Japan, Thailand and other countries and regions competed for the annual gold and silver awards after two days of intense and orderly presentation.

第八届「CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国」奖项评委团由海内外顶尖学术力量及品质开发建设集团联袂组成，由全体主席团、学术评委团、地产评委团、百位行业评审代表组成。在坚持建筑审美、环境优先、用户体验、经济效益的评价标准，秉承公平、公正、理性的原则，进行严谨、客观、公正的投票。

8TH CREDAWARD invites global academic strengths and leaders of quality development and construction groups to serve as the Jurors. The Jury is composed of all Chairs, Academic Jurors, Real Estate Jurors, and hundreds of industry Reviewers.
