Over the past two years across three seasons, the "NEXT" program has welcomed 63 architects and designers to share their personal growth journeys. They've quietly stood behind the scenes, supporting the industry, and it's time they receive the recognition they deserved.

The fourth season of "NEXT" has officially begun in early 2024. It's a year that demands even more resilience, courage, and strength from every member of "NEXT" who continues to thrive in the industry. Through thick and thin, they've stuck together, finding comfort in unity, and they persist in dedicating their talents and wisdom to the architecture and design field they love.

地建师「这一代NEXT」第四季共邀请到近百位「这一代」参与。经过28天的激烈角逐，网络投票访问量高达190w+,总票数达134w+，最终产生年度TOP 11。
DJSER's [NEXT] Season 4 has invited nearly a hundred participants. Following 28 days of intense online voting, we've amassed a remarkable 1.9 million visits and a total of 1.34 million votes. Ultimately, this has led to our TOP 11 [NEXT] Candidates.

About the "NEXT" Program
地建师致敬「这一代」栏目，在吴蔚先生的提议和倡导下筹备发起，旨在发现并表彰企业中坚力量——他们以专业设计能力承担着企业的发展，传承企业文化和设计理念、并用自己对设计的热爱、对社会的责任坚持在设计一线。
Proposed and advocated by Mr. Wu Wei, the "NEXT" program within DJSER aims to identify and celebrate the dedicated individuals within enterprises. These professionals carry their organizations forward with their design expertise, preserving corporate culture and design principles while embracing the frontlines of design with their passion and sense of social responsibility.
「这一代NEXT」栏目自2022年发起以来，第一季携手清华大学建筑学院，第二季与海内外知名事务所联合邀请24位行业伙伴分别展开线上直播交流。第三季「这一代」线下见面会近40嘉宾代表行业发声，年龄跨度从30+到60+的深度交流。
Since its initiation in 2022, the "NEXT" program has collaborated with Tsinghua University's School of Architecture in its first season, engaged in online live exchanges with 24 industry partners in the second season, and organized face-to-face meetings featuring nearly 40 guest representatives from the industry in the third season. Participants in these discussions have ranged from their 30s to their 60s.

An initial connection sparked by novelty
Midway through, moments of exhaustion make us contemplate letting go
Yet, the flame burns brighter with every act of persistence

Slowly, it integrates into the very fabric of our lives
It's genuine love
It's about these architects
Accumulating experience day by day, month by month
For the city's sake
For the ordinary citizens
