「CREDAWARD地产设计大奖」由地建师DJSER发起于2014年，是业内富有盛名的国际设计大奖，共计26个国家和地区的海内外设计机构与8401作品参赛。组委会秉承“建筑审美、环境优先、用户体验、经济效益”的16字评价标准，因其严谨的评选流程、公开的评选模式、严苛的获奖机制，被行业誉为“最具有挑战性的大奖”之一。

CREDAWARD was initiated by DJSER in 2014. As a prestigious international design award, CREDAWARD has attracted world-renowned design firms and developers from 26 countries and regions with 8401 outstanding projects to participate in the award. The award adheres to the evaluation standards of architectural aesthetics, environment protection, user experience and economic benefits. CREDAWARD has been praised by the industry as one of the most challenging awards because of the authoritative jury and strict judging process.

作为综合性设计大奖——「CREDAWARD地产设计大奖」参与机构来自：政府机构、传统地产开发企业、平台开发企业、物业、海内外规划/建筑设计机构、景观设计机构、室内设计机构、照明设计机构等，促进行业生态链发展。

As a comprehensive design award, the participating companies of CRED AWARD includes government agencies, traditional real estate developers, government platform, property, domestic and overseas planning/architectural design companies, landscape design companies, interior design companies, lighting design companies, etc. CREDAWARD aims to promote the development of the industry ecological chain.

第九届「CREDAWARD地产设计大奖」得到海外顶级学术支持力量：伦敦大学学院（英国）、曼彻斯特建筑学院（英国）、加泰罗尼亚理工大学（西班牙）。
