第九届CREDAWARD地产设计大奖 | 入围榜单揭晓-地建师聚·行业精英錾·设计之美

「CREDAWARD地产设计大奖」由地建师DJSER发起于2014年，是业内富有盛名的国际设计大奖，共计26个国家和地区的海内外设计机构与8401作品参赛。组委会秉承“建筑审美、环境优先、用户体验、经济效益”的16字评价标准，因其严谨的评选流程、公开的评选模式、严苛的获奖机制，被行业誉为“最具有挑战性的大奖”之一。

作为综合性设计大奖——「CREDAWARD地产设计大奖」参与机构来自：国央企/品质民营传统地产开发业主、政府机构、品牌业主、各类平台业主及全球顶尖设计机构等各方设计力量，共同促进行业生态链发展，推动行业设计提升。

CREDAWARD was initiated by DJSER in 2014. As a prestigious international design award, CREDAWARD has attracted world-renowned design firms and developers from 26 countries and regions with 8401 outstanding projects to participate in the award. The award adheres to the evaluation standards of architectural aesthetics, environment protection, user experience and economic benefits. CREDAWARD has been praised by the industry as one of the most challenging awards because of the authoritative jury and strict judging process.

As a comprehensive design award, the participating companies of CREDAWARD includes government agencies, traditional real estate developers, government platform, property, domestic and overseas planning/architectural design companies, landscape design companies, interior design companies, lighting design companies, etc. CREDAWARD aims to promote the development of the industry ecological chain.

第九届「CREDAWARD地产设计大奖」新晋国内外顶级学术支持力量：伦敦大学学院（英国）、曼彻斯特建筑学院（英国）、加泰罗尼亚理工大学（西班牙）。

This year, the award has invited University College London, Manchester School of Architecture, Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya as the Academic Jury Support.

本届奖项收到309家机构申报的853份作品，参赛公司及作品分别来自：中国、中国香港、中国台湾、日本、美国、英国、澳大利亚、泰国、新加坡、德国、法国、西班牙、意大利、韩国、越南、瑞典、塞尔维亚等17个国家和地区。

The 9TH CREDAWARD has received 853 works from 309 companies. Participating companies and works are from 17 countries and regions including China, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, China, Japan, America, Britain, Australia, Thailand, Singapore, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Korea, Vietnam, Sweden, Serbia, etc.

Urban Regeneration Project

城市再生，是城市化深化的必然结果。从城市重建，到城市振兴、城市更新、城市再开发和城市再生，每一个概念都包含丰富的时代内涵，并具有连续性。城市正面临着巨大的挑战：如何处理破旧的、过时的建筑，以及如何有序生长。

Urban regeneration is the inevitable result of deepening urbanization. From urban renewal, to urban revitalization, urban regeneration, urban redevelopment and urban regeneration, each concept contains a wealth of contemporary connotations and has a continuity. Cities are facing enormous challenges such as how to deal with dilapidated, outdated buildings and how to grow in an orderly manner.

CREDAWARD commends urban regeneration projects that pass on cultural heritage, activate communities and enhance commercial vitality.

Social Public Project

全球化、城市化、环境变化、人口增长和技术快速发展的综合过程导致了一个日益复杂、相互作用和关联的世界。随着社会进步、城市/乡村建设的发展，为大众创造多样化需求的社会公共项目，提升大众生活品质。

The process of globalization, urbanization, environmental change, population growth and rapid technological development has resulted in an increasingly complex, interacting, and interconnected world.

With the progress of society and the development of urban/rural construction, it is important to create social public projects for the diverse needs of the public to enhance the quality of life.

CREDAWARD recognizes public projects with reasonable functions, close to people's livelihood, and positive effects on the improvement of the city and surrounding environment.

Residential demonstration area is a characteristic residential project in China. It plays the role of the soul to a certain extent, it has a spiritual side, as well as culture, education, and the synthesis of new living concepts.

Over centuries’ development, human being’s behavior has been affecting global environmental changes all the time. In a future world facing metropolitan expansion and ecological crisis, we should rethink the relationship between man and the natural environment.

The number of “Lighting designers” are much more than any other professionals because everyone uses light to illuminate their home. People, as the users of light, should have the opportunity to learn about light and its design.

CREDAWARD commends lighting design projects that have reasonable functions, lay a positive effect on the improvement of the city and surrounding environment, and play a leading role in the sustainable development of the industry.
