第九届「CREDAWARD地产设计大奖」

金银奖逐鹿现场

2023年7月7日至8日，第九届「CREDAWARD地产设计大奖」金银奖逐鹿演讲在上海中心@上海之巅顺利举行。395份入围作品多元化呈现：除居住项目/示范区，更多未来（方案）项目、城市再生/旧改、城市基础设施、博物馆/图书馆/体育场馆等社会公共类项目参与，综合商办类项目依然是主旋律：TOD/综合体/办公写字楼/企业总部/产业园/购物中心/商业/酒店等。参与项目设计类型：规划、建筑设计、景观设计、室内设计、照明设计。

9TH CREDAWARD Gold and Silver Award Online Competition Presentation has been successfully held on July 7th to 8th, 2022. 395 shortlisted works are in a diverse category: in addition to residential project/demonstration area, more social public projects such as urban regeneration/renovation, urban infrastructure, museums/libraries/sports venues have participated in the award. Comprehensive commercial projects are still actively involved including TOD/mixed-use/office building/headquarter/industrial park/shopping center/commercial/hotel, etc. Design Categories of participating projects includes planning design, architectural design, landscape design, interior design, and lighting design.

近400位来自中国大陆、中国香港、中国台湾、美国、英国、德国、意大利、新加坡、韩国、日本、泰国等国家和地区的演讲嘉宾，经过2天紧张有序演讲，角逐年度金银奖。

Nearly 400 speakers from Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, China, America, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Singapore, Korea, Japan, Thailand and other countries and regions competed for the annual gold and silver awards after two days of intense and orderly presentation.

第九届「CREDAWARD地产设计大奖」奖项评委团由海内外顶尖学术力量及品质开发建设集团联袂组成，由全体主席团、学术评委团、地产评委团、百位行业评审代表组成。在坚持建筑审美、环境优先、用户体验、经济效益的评价标准，秉承公平、公正、理性的原则，进行严谨、客观、公正的投票。

9TH CREDAWARD invites global academic strengths and leaders of quality development and construction groups to serve as the Jurors. The Jury is composed of all Chairs, Academic Jurors, Real Estate Jurors, and hundreds of industry Reviewers. The award adheres to the evaluation standards of architectural aesthetics, environment protection, user experience and economic benefits and the principles of fairness, impartiality and rationality to conduct rigorous, objective and fair voting.

由地建师主办的第九届「CREDAWARD地产设计大奖」收到309家机构申报的853份作品，参赛公司及作品分别来自：中国、中国香港、中国台湾、日本、美国、英国、澳大利亚、泰国、新加坡、德国、法国、西班牙、意大利、韩国、越南、瑞典、塞尔维亚等17个国家和地区。

The 9TH CREDAWARD has received 853 works from 309 companies. Participating companies and works are from 17 countries and regions including China, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, China, Japan, America, Britain, Australia, Thailand, Singapore, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Korea, Vietnam, Sweden, Serbia, etc.

作为综合性设计大奖——「CREDAWARD地产设计大奖」参与机构来自：国央企/品质民营传统地产开发业主、政府机构、品牌业主、各类平台业主及全球顶尖设计机构等各方设计力量，共同促进行业生态链发展，推动行业设计提升。

As a comprehensive design award, the participating companies of CREDAWARD includes government agencies, traditional real estate developers, government platform, property, domestic and overseas planning/architectural design companies, landscape design companies, interior design companies, lighting design companies, etc. CREDAWARD aims to promote the development of the industry ecological chain.

Urban regeneration is the inevitable result of deepening urbanization. From urban renewal, to urban revitalization, urban regeneration, urban redevelopment and urban regeneration, each concept contains a wealth of contemporary connotations and has a continuity. Cities are facing enormous challenges such as how to deal with dilapidated, outdated buildings and how to grow in an orderly manner.

I look up at the starry sky which is so solemn, holy and pure. The severe and awe-inspiring justice makes me filled with deep love and in awe of it.

I look up at the starry sky which is so free and serene. The broad bosom provides the place where my soul rests and nestles to.
