「CREDAWARD设计大奖」由地建师 DJSER 发起于 2014 年，是业内富有盛名的国际设计大奖，共计 26 个国家和地区的海内外设计机构与 8401 作品参赛。组委会秉承“建筑审美、环境优先、用户体验、经济效益”的 16 字评价标准，因其严谨的评选流程、公开的评选模式、严苛的获奖机制，被行业誉为“最具有挑战性的大奖”之一。

CREDAWARD was initiated by DJSER in 2014. As a prestigious international design award, CREDAWARD has attracted world-renowned design firms and developers from 26 countries and regions with 8401 outstanding projects to participate in the award. The award adheres to the evaluation standards of architectural aesthetics, environment protection, user experience and economic benefits. CREDAWARD has been praised by the industry as one of the most challenging awards because of the authoritative jury and strict judging process.

As a comprehensive design award, the participating companies of CREDAWARD includes government agencies, traditional real estate developers, government platform, property, domestic and overseas planning/architectural design companies, landscape design companies, interior design companies, lighting design companies, etc. CREDAWARD aims to promote the development of the industry ecological chain.

Application Materials

* 资料提交均为奖项官网在线上传提交。

参赛条件:

1. 建成项目：2019 年1 月1 日 2023 年12 月31 日

2. 在建项目：① 如住宅项目须开始销售，外立面/样板区实景照片必须提供；②商业项目至少一期开始经营。

3. 规划设计/未来（方案）项目：中标方案或在建中项目，需提交相关证明。（项目不强制要求提供实景照片）

资料提交需涵盖:

1. 项目基本信息：项目简介（中英文）、项目地点、用地面积、建筑面积（地上和地下）、景观面积（设计范围）、室内面积（设计范围）、容积率、限高、绿化率、开工时间、竣工时间、设计周期等；

2. 技术图纸：总平面图、主要单体平面图、立面图、剖面图、流线图、户型详图等（根据项目特征，自行选择提交图纸内容）；

3. 实景照片：已建成申报项目均需提交实景照片15-30张; 未来项目若有部分建成，可提供实景照片1-2张; 且需提供对应描述文字；

4. 项目团队：开发企业核心团队成员（姓名、职务、简历）；设计单位核心团队成员（主创设计师及其团队成员姓名、职务、简历）；

5. 项目亮点：根据评价标准结合项目自身情况，进行整理提交。（建议方向：设计角度、用户角度、可持续性考虑；项目创新理念、新技术、新材料选择应用等。）

Requirements for participation:

1. For the completed projects, the completion time shall be within the range from January 1st, 2019, to December 31st, 2023.

2. For the projects under construction: ① The residential project must be selling, the real photos of the sample area must be provided; ② Business Project: Phrase I should start operating；

3. Planning Design/Future Project: It should be a project winning the bid or under construction, and relevant certificate need to be provided.

（Photos are not mandatory for these two entries）

The submitted information shall include:

1. Project Basic Information: Project Concept Description: Project Location, site area, project scale (overall floorage), plot ratio, greening rate, time of commencement, time of completion, design cycle etc.

2. Project drawings: site plan, main monomer floor plan, elevation drawing, section drawing, flow chart, detailed house type drawing etc. (Choose the drawing contents to submit according to the characteristics of the project by yourself).

3. Real photos (the real photos must be provided for all the completed projects and no less than 15).

4. Project Team: Members of the core team of the development enterprise (names, positions, resumes

5. Project Highlights: arrange and submit the materials according to the evaluation criterion combining the project conditions. (Suggested directions: design perspective, customer perspective, sustainability considerations; project innovation concepts, new technologies, new materials selection and application.)
