10TH CREDAWARD application begins


2023年7月7日至8日,第九届「CREDAWARD地产设计大奖」金银奖逐鹿演讲在上海中心@上海之巅顺利举行。395份获奖作品多元化呈现:除居住项目/示范区,更多未来(方案)项目、城市再生/旧改、城市基础设施、博物馆/图书馆/体育场馆等社会公共类项目参与,综合商办类项目依然是主旋律:TOD/综合体/办公写字楼/企业总部/产业园/购物中心/商业/酒店等。参与项目设计类型:规划、建筑设计、景观设计、室内设计、照明设计。

9TH CREDAWARD Gold and Silver Award Online Competition Presentation has been successfully held on July 7th to 8th, 2022. 395 shortlisted works are in a diverse category: in addition to residential project/demonstration area, more social public projects such as urban regeneration/renovation, urban infrastructure, museums/libraries/sports venues have participated in the award. Comprehensive commercial projects are still actively involved including TOD/mixed-use/office building/headquarter/industrial park/shopping center/commercial/hotel, etc. Design Categories of participating projects includes planning design, architectural design, landscape design, interior design, and lighting design.


第九届「CREDAWARD地产设计大奖」收到309家机构申报的853份作品,参赛公司及作品分别来自:中国、中国香港、中国台湾、日本、美国、英国、澳大利亚、泰国、新加坡、德国、法国、西班牙、意大利、韩国、越南、瑞典、塞尔维亚等17个国家和地区。

The 9TH CREDAWARD has received 853 works from 309 companies. Participating companies and works are from 17 countries and regions including China, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, China, Japan, America, Britain, Australia, Thailand, Singapore, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Korea, Vietnam, Sweden, Serbia, etc.

项目位于静安区比较纷杂、新旧交加的片区,周边建筑对项目日照和间距限制非常大。设计根据场地边界,形成由十栋塔楼组成的两条规划主轴,V型塔楼也恰好契合了非正南北的斜向基地。

规整而富有逻辑的十栋塔楼,跨街道地把东西两个地块拉结成一个整体,拟合城市肌理,但不追求传统的连续性和贴线率,让渡了更多的空间给城市。塔楼独创的双十字结构体系,建构了独特的角部悬挑和内部无柱空间,同时也自然生成了塔楼鲜明的外观特色。



The project is located in a complex area of Jing'an District, where the new and the old are mixed. The surrounding buildings have great restrictions on the sunshine and spacing of the project. According to the site boundary, the design forms two main planning axes composed of ten towers,the V-shaped tower also coincides with the oblique base of the north and south. The original double cross structure system of the tower has constructed a unique corner overhang and internal columnless space, and also naturally generated the distinctive appearance characteristics of the tower.

臻奥院位于杭州钱塘江南岸的奥体博览城区域,与钱江新城隔水相望。作为城市公园型TOD项目,地下空间与地铁6、7号线奥体中心站无缝接驳,其通过下沉广场还空间于市民,在商业动线、空间开放度上激发区域能动性,打造站、城、人一体化立体社区。在“前峰会后亚运”时代,杭州臻奥院的设计从区位、文化和未来切入,逐渐立体化先锋、多元、引领的居住构想,实际上,建筑尽述一座城市雄心的同时,也在悄无声息的参与到城市生活。



The Central Mansion is located in the Olympic Sports Center Expo City on the south bank of Qiantang River in Hangzhou and facing Qianjiang New Town on the opposite. As an urban park type TOD project, its underground space is seamlessly connected with the Olympic Sports Center Station of Metro Line 6 and Line 7. It also tries to provide more space for citizens through the sunken plaza. By stimulating the regional initiative through commercial dynamic lines and space openness, it aims to create a three-dimensional community integrating station, city and people. In the era of “Embracing G20 Summit and Asian Games in Hangzhou”, the design of Hangzhou Central Mansion focuses on its location, culture and future, and gradually turns the avant-garde, diversified and leading residential concept into reality. In fact, while the architecture fully describes the ambition of a city, it also quietly participates in the urban life.

WEST SUBURBAN ELEGANCE

项目地处上海松江泗泾板块,周边水系发达,拥有得天独厚的滨水景观。距离沉淀百年文化肌理的“泗泾古镇”直线距离约2公里,作为金地泗泾自在城片区最后一块土地,容积率仅有0.5,因此本案承载着更多的期待。根据客户调研分析,基地文脉分析等,金地的风华系列浮现出来:意致东方,情致现代。



The project is located in the Sijing area of Songjiang, Shanghai, with well-developed water systems and a unique waterfront landscape. The straight-line distance from the "Sijing Ancient Town", which has a century old cultural texture, is about 2 kilometers. As the last piece of land in the Jindi Sijing Zicheng area, the plot ratio is only 0.5, so this case carries more expectations. Based on customer research and analysis, as well as analysis of the cultural context of the base, Jindi's Fenghua series has emerged: with a sense of orientalism and a sense of modernity.

The project is located in Qingyang District, Chengdu, with a planned net land area of 94351.61 square meters and a plot ratio of 2.0. The surrounding facilities of the project land are perfect, and the external transportation is convenient. Product form to stack row, small high-rise, high-rise mainly. It is positioned as a high-end residential community integrating ecology, landscape and culture, making full use of the surrounding geographical conditions and cultural heritage, and advocating a natural and leisurely way of living.

项目为国贸地产TOP系天琴系产品,位于闽江北岸CBD核心区,也是福州首批立体生态住宅。项目包含238、268两个面积段,总计180套。设计以“空中花园”为灵魂,将“花园”融入建筑中,打造“第四代住宅”垂直绿化庭院,户与户之间花园交错布置,住宅被绿化系统进行包裹,满足都市人对于诗意栖居的追求。立面造型以闽江水纹为灵感,结合“琴键式”语汇,水平线条因曲线的融入被赋予了流动性,将当代设计语言和精工工艺体现的淋漓尽致。



The project is a product of the Tianqin Series, the TOP series of Guomao Real Estate, located in the CBD on the north bank of the Minjiang River, and is also one of the first 3D ecological residences in Fuzhou. The project consists of 238 and 268m2 area sections, with a total of 180 units. The design takes the "hanging garden" as the soul, integrating "garden" into the architecture and creating a "fourth-generation residence" vertical green courtyard, with gardens staggered between households and the residence is wrapped by the greening system, to meet urbanites' pursuit of poetic living. The façade is inspired by the water patterns of the Minjiang River, combined with the "keyboard style" vocabulary, and the horizontal lines are given fluidity due to the integration of curves, which fully reflects the contemporary design language and exquisite craftsmanship.

STUDENT HOUSING BASECAMP IN DORTMUND

BaseCamp项目集商店、餐厅、酒店和公寓于一体,将使多特蒙德的坎普大街(Kampstraße)和“利兹广场”焕发新的生机,同时在市中心创造更多的住宅区,并提升“高空(Hohe Luft)”大道。新建的七层大楼的首层将用作餐厅、零售商店和酒店,并作为学生公寓的入口或前台区域。上面6层楼将有大约430套酒店公寓,分别围绕三座庭院而建。每个房间都带有一个卫生间,一个小型私人厨房或由8-12个单元共用的公共厨房。



The ’Student Residence Base Camp’ project will provide a mix of shops, restaurants, a hotel and students’ apartments that will enliven the Kampstraße in Dortmund and enhance the ’Platz von Leeds’. It will create more residential accommodation in the inner city and improve the ’Hohe Luft’ thoroughfare. The ground floor of the new 7-storey building will be used for restaurants, retail outlets, and a hotel and serve as the entrance/reception area of the students’ residence. The 6 upper floors will contain around 430 apartments grouped around 3 courtyards. Each room will have a private bathroom and will have either a small private kitchen or a communal kitchen shared by 8-12 units.

XIAMEN EAST BAY

项目位于厦门集美区,环东核心海域门户位置。为了回应厦门的人文情怀和海岛情结,项目因地制宜,将海景资源极致利用,充分展现海岛自然、疏阔、浪漫的特点,打造海景社区,定义浪漫海居生活方式。在建筑规划布局上,设计通过楼栋结构创新,采用V形双板楼的创新设计,以全点式布局,实现“户户为边套,家家拥海景”的居住体验。



Xiamen East Bay Residence is located in Jimei District, Xiamen, the gateway to the core area of the East coastal. In order to respond to Xiamen's humanistic sentiments and island complex, the project adapts measures to local conditions, makes the best use of seascape resources. It fully demonstrates the natural, spacious, and romantic characteristics of the island, creates a seascape community, and defines a romantic sea-dwelling lifestyle. In terms of architectural planning and layout, it adopts the design of the V-shaped double-cores building through the innovation of the building structure, to realize the living experience, that every household owns a sea view.

一句留白,不仅仅是建筑造型造景的留白,留白手法贯穿于规划及整体设计构思,山水宸院项目的难点在于高货值下如何造园造院、把控空间尺度。

项目面对限高限层数的极限条件,高货值的市场要求。通过有序的收放空间,建筑产品形态的巧妙借用,合院坡屋顶消解建筑体量,洋房全玻璃的侧厅消解建山墙带来的压迫感,纾解整体空间,并且回馈城市三个社区级别的广场。



"The Empty" is not only the blank of architectural modeling and special scenery,it run through the planning and overall design concept. The difficulties in designing are how to build gardens and yards and control the space scale for high premium products. Faced with the limit conditions of the limited number of floors,the market requirements of high value goods,and the airtight arrangement and combination of the project, our approach to breaking the situation is to use the basic thinking of blank space to think about how to relieve the overall space.

In terms of planning, attention is paid to the dynamic continuation of the city's natural and cultural characteristics, and the coordination of building volume, color and spatial relationship with the surrounding environment. The facade is modern and flexible, and the streamlined and modern architectural form echoes the surrounding mountains and water potential. , aims to build a temperament image that can fully reflect the cultural characteristics of Hengdian and meet the diverse product needs, endow the building with public construction and a sense of the future, and pay attention to the needs of luxury and quality residences.
