「CREDAWARD地建师设计大奖」原名「CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国」，于2014年由地建师发起，以“源于中国、面向世界的”的姿态，邀请全球范围的优秀项目参与，传播前沿设计理念、推动设计价值、引领未来城市发展之路，促进社会可持续发展。
CREDAWARD was initiated by DJSER in 2014. CREDAWARD embodies a vision of "Originating in China, For the World." The award invites outstanding projects from around the globe to participate, spreads cutting-edge design concepts, promotes design values, leads the path to future urban development, and contributes to sustainable development.
「CREDAWARD地建师设计大奖」邀请海内外顶尖学术专家和中国TOP级具有建筑学背景的城市开发者组成超强阵容评委团，秉承“建筑审美、环境优先、用户体验、经济效益”16字评价标准。十年来，坚持严谨的评选流程、公开的评选模式、严苛的获奖机制，被业内誉为“最具公信力大奖之一”，并成为业主寻找优质设计公司的重要途径之一。
CREDAWARD invites leading academics and top urban developers with a background in architecture to form an elite jury. The Jury Panel adheres to the evaluation criteria centered on architectural aesthetics, environmental priority, user experience, and economic benefits. For a decade, CREDAWARD has maintained the strict selection process, an open and transparent selection mode, and rigorous award standards have made the award regarded as one of “the most credible awards” in the industry. Now, CREDAWARD has become a key resource for project owners seeking the most appropriate design firms for their needs.

第十届「CREDAWARD地建师设计大奖」获得国内外顶级学术支持力量：曼彻斯特建筑学院（英国）、加泰罗尼亚理工大学（西班牙）。
The 10TH CREDAWARD has received top academic support from both domestic and international institutions: Manchester School of Architecture (UK), and Polytechnic University of Catalonia (Spain).
第十届「CREDAWARD地建师设计大奖」收到312家机构申报的746份作品，参赛公司及作品分别来自：澳大利亚，奥地利，阿塞拜疆，比利时，加拿大，中国，法国，德国，意大利，日本，挪威，菲律宾，卡塔尔，沙特阿拉伯，新加坡，韩国，西班牙，瑞士，泰国，阿拉伯联合酋长国，英国，美国，越南（顺序按照国别英文首字母排序）。
The 10TH CREDAWARD received 746 entries from 312 organizations. The participating companies and entries come from: Australia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Canada, China, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Norway, Philippines, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, Vietnam (listed in alphabetical order of Country Name).

Planning Design

Great places do not simply materialize; they are born from thoughtful vision and intelligent design. Planning design should not only address current needs but also anticipate future demands.

02. 城市再生
Urban Regeneration Project
“ 城市再生，是城市化深化的必然结果。从城市重建，到城市振兴、城市更新、城市再开发和城市再生，每一个概念都包含丰富的时代内涵，并具有连续性。城市正面临着巨大的挑战：如何处理破旧的、过时的建筑，以及如何有序生长。”
Urban regeneration emerges as a natural outcome of urbanization's deepening. Spanning from urban renovation to revitalization, renewal, redevelopment, and regeneration, each concept embodies rich contemporary relevance and maintains a sense of continuity. City is grappling with significant challenges, including the management of aging, obsolete structures and the pursuit of organized growth.

Social Public Project
邀请参与项目类型包含不限于：市政/基建、学校、博物馆、图书馆、体育场馆、展览/展陈馆、游客中心、养老（长者）中心、医院等。
Project categories include, but are not limited to, municipal/infrastructure, education, museum, library, sport, exhibition hall, tourist center, retirement community, hospital, etc.
“ 全球化、城市化、环境变化、人口增长和技术快速发展的综合过程导致了一个日益复杂、相互作用和关联的世界。随着社会进步、城市/乡村建设的发展，为大众创造多样化需求的社会公共项目，提升大众生活品质。”
The integrated process of globalization, urbanization, environmental changes, population growth, and rapid technological advancement has led to an increasingly complex, interconnected world which demands innovative social public projects that cater to varied community needs, enhancing life quality.

Comprehensive Commercial Project
邀请参与项目类型包含不限于：TOD、综合体、购物中心、区域/社区型商业、商业街区、办公/写字楼、企业园区、企业总部大楼、酒店（度假酒店/城市酒店）、民宿、产业园、工厂、品牌/形象展示中心等。
Project categories include, but are not limited to, TOD, mixed-use, shopping mall, regional/community commercial center, commercial block, office building or corporate park, headquarters, hotel (resort/city hotel), guesthouse, industrial park, factory, and brand or image exhibition center, etc.
“ 我们正处于快速创新的时期，我们正处于历史上前所未有的时代，作为各大洲城市天际线的主宰者、20世纪最伟大的标志之一，商业/办公建筑被要求创新、想象和重新思考什么是常态。”
We are in a period of rapid innovation, unprecedented in history. Commercial Architecture as the dominator of city skylines on every continent and one of the greatest icons of the 20th century, is being asked to innovate, imagine and rethink.

Residence
邀请参与项目类型包含不限于：保障房、刚需住宅、私人住宅、高端住宅等。
Project categories include, but are not limited to, indemnificatory housing, rigid demand residence, private residence, and high-end residence, etc.
“ 随着社会经济的发展，面对不同人群的需求提供适合的居住环境和空间，通过设计创新改善大众的居住环境、提升生活品质，改善城市面貌。”
With the advancement of economy, addressing the varied needs of different demographics by offering appropriate living spaces is essential. By leveraging innovative design, the goal is to enhance living standards, improve quality of life, and refine the urban aesthetic.

06. 居住示范区项目
Demonstration Area
“ 具有中国特色的示范区，它在一定程度上起到了居住项目的灵魂作用，像宗族里的宗祠，它具有精神性的一面，也有文化、教育，还有新的居住理念的合成，这些都在示范区中都得到了最大程度的呈现。”
Demonstration area is a characteristic residential project in China. It serves as the essence of residence, much like ancestral halls within clans. Demonstration area blends spirituality, culture, education, and innovative living ideas, all prominently displayed within these spaces.

「CREDAWARD」recognizes Demonstration Area Project that exhibits design innovation, balances quality with cost, and encourages the revitalization of demonstration functions.
07. 景观设计
Landscape Design
邀请参与项目类型包含不限于：滨水景观、城市公共景观、城市公园、口袋公园、酒店景观、商业项目景观、文旅项目景观、文化/教育类项目景观、医疗/养老类景观、居住景观、社区景观、私人庭院、旧改项目景观等。
Participating project categories include, but are not limited to, waterfront landscape, urban public landscape, city park, pocket park, hotel landscape, commercial landscape project, cultural & tourism landscape project, cultural/educational landscape project, healthcare landscape, residential landscape, community landscape, private courtyard, and renovation landscape project, etc.
“ 经历几个世纪的发展，今天的人类行为无时无刻不在影响全球环境变化，在一个面临大都市扩张和生态危机的未来世界中，我们必须重新思考人与自然环境的关系。
Through centuries of progress, human’s activities have been constantly impacting the global environment. In a future world marked by urban expansion and ecological challenges, reevaluating the connection between human and the nature becomes essential.
「CREDAWARD」在此表彰：设计创新、体现人与自然和谐共生、可持续性发展的景观设计。
「CREDAWARD」recognizes landscape design that demonstrates innovation, embodies the harmonious coexistence of human and nature, and promotes sustainable development.
08. 室内设计
Interior Design
邀请参与项目类型包含不限于：市政/基建、文化/教育室内（艺术中心、博物馆、学校等）、TOD、办公室/写字楼室内、企业总部室内、商场室内、购物中心室内、酒店/民宿室内、品牌零售室内、企业形象展示中心、住宅室内、居住样板房、私人住宅等。
Project categories include, but are not limited to, municipal/infrastructure, cultural/educational interior (such as art center, museum, school), TOD, office interior, corporate headquarters interior, shopping mall interior, shopping center interior, hotel/guesthouse interior, retail interior, corporate exhibition center, residential interior, model room, private house, etc.
“我们的周围环境正在设计我们生活的情感空间，塑造我们生活的现实，良好的室内设计通过更有效地利用空间来改善整体体验和生活质量，唤起幸福，抚慰灵魂。”
The environment around us crafts the emotional dimensions where we live and forms our day-to-day reality. Effective interior design enhances our overall living experience and life quality by making better use of space, invoking joy, and comforting the spirit.

09. 照明设计
Lighting Design
“照明设计师”的数量远超其他任何行业的从业者——人人都在使用光照亮自己的房屋。大众才是光的使用者，他们理应有机会了解光及其应用——照明。

The population of "lighting designers" far exceeds practitioners in any other field — everyone employs light to brighten their living spaces. As consumers of light, people deserve the chance to learn about light and its uses — namely, in lighting.

时年，十年，拾年
「十年HUA廊」
十年，在历史的长河里，
只是沧海一粟。
一个又一个的十年，
都是历史的承载与记录。
回首过往时年，所见为何？
是十年光辉岁月的繁花似锦，
抑或是十年永不放弃的默默追求……
再回首过往十年，我心为何？
是十年执着的梦想，我心依旧，
抑或是彷徨挣扎，眼见迷途……
我们何其有幸，
共同经历并见证着行业的巨大变化
从2001年12月，中国加入WTO正式成为世贸组织成员，建筑设计从此融入了国际贸易市场。吸引着全球优秀的境外建筑设计公司在境内设立企业，数量远远超过入世之前的企业数量。时隔2年，2003年房地产业作为"支柱产业"的地位正式被国家确定。“黄金十年”的飞跃式发展，推动者中国城市的发展建设。之后十年的“白银时代”到“黑铁时代”……行业整体增速放缓，发生了翻天覆地的变化。
无论如何，时间永不停歇，
这一刻，我们又已匆匆在路上，再出发。
带着赤子之心，
铭记对设计的热爱与执着，对梦想的承诺，

——A Decade, Ten Years, A New Beginning
A Decade’s Hall
Ten years, within the vast river of history, are but a drop in the ocean. Each passing decade serves as a carrier and a milestone of history.
Reflecting on the past decade, what do I perceive? Is it the splendid years of glory, or the silent years of pursuit...
Reflecting on the past decade, what remains in my heart? Is it still the steadfast grasp of dreams, with an unchanged heart, or is it a struggle and uncertainty, feeling lost...
We are incredibly fortunate to witness the profound changes in our industry together.
Since China's accession to the WTO (World Trade Organization) in December 2001, architectural design has become an integral part of the international trade market. This has attracted numerous exceptional foreign design firms to establish themselves domestically, far surpassing pre-accession numbers. Two years later, in 2003, the national designation of the real estate industry as a "pillar industry" marked a significant milestone. The rapid development of the "Golden Decade" propelled urban development and construction in China. Subsequently, from the "Silver Age" to the "Iron Age" of the following decade, the industry experienced a significant slowdown in overall growth, undergoing transformative changes.
Regardless, time never ceases its relentless march. At this very moment, we find ourselves hastily on the move once more, setting out anew.
With the innocence of youth in our hearts, let us recall our fervent love and dedication to design, our unwavering commitment to our dreams. As we embark on the journey of ascending steps, may we realize the dreams of a decade past.
